Beautiful Day

Beautiful Day:

Creation in its magnificence enlightens us to God’s nature.

In fact, the heavens tell the glory of God – they are a marvellous display of His craftsmanship.

Day and night they keep on telling about God.

Without a sound or word, silent in the skies, their message reaches out to all the world.

The sun lives in the heavens where God placed it and moves out across the skies as radiant as a bridegroom going to his wedding, or as joyous as an athlete looking forward to a race!

The sun crosses the heavens from end to end, and nothing can hide from its heat.

Imagine the dawn rising.

The morning appears.

The sun blazes over the summer meadow.

The daylight spreads to the ends of the earth.

Then, as the sun falls beneath the horizon, it decks out the early phase of dusk in red.

And so, a new day begins in another part of the globe.

Sure-enough, God does not do things by halves.

Now, listen up!

Even today, everything of God finds its proper place in Him without crowding.

Not only that, but all the broken and dislocated pieces of the universe – people and things get properly fixed and fit together in vibrant harmonies.

So, just think!

God has put our lives together, whole and holy in His presence.

We are able to have a close encounter with Father.

We can walk leisurely with Him in the sunlit meadows of life.

Yes, that’s right!

And this is all because of His Son:

The cross of Jesus.

Bringing hope, restoration, courage and peace in the middle of the fragments of our broken lives.

An extraordinary love.

Excellent, splendid, good!

So, look and learn.

God choreographs the beautiful day.

A perfect balance of grace and power.

What a loving nature!

Father, Creator.

Saviour, Redeemer.

Helper, Comforter.

Holding everything together.

Awesome!
