Under Pressure!

Under Pressure:

“For this reason; we consider it a sheer gift friends, when tests and challenges come at us from all sides.

We know that under pressure, our faith-life is forced into the open and shows its true colours.”

Throughout the course of our Christian walk:, if we had been expecting a journey without any hard times, pressures or problems, then yes – we’re disappointed.

Yet:, we realise that some of the hard times, pressures and problems have been necessary to assist in the developing & strengthening of who we are.

Sadly, some of the problems we face in life are just a painful consequence of living in a fallen world.

Whether one is a Christian or not, each of us, no matter who we are, experience difficulties almost beyond our ability to endure.

Quite often we find these painful challenges and problems creating demands that are a great effort to bear and overcome.

The struggles at times may seem many and tough – but no matter what, we’re determined to never give up.

Just because we’re Christians, doesn’t mean we have freedom from obstacles in life!

There’s no such immunity for anyone!

Storms know no boundaries!

Nevertheless, because we are Christians and God is on our side, He enables us to handle those problems with greater ease and grace, even though it might appear tough at the time.

Day after day:, we have known God’s back up in every difficult situation and because of this, we know He will be there for us the next time we face a challenge.

Oh, boy!

How folks cope without “the God above all” – our Heavenly Father – just puzzles us!

Indeed, one of the things Rachel and I have learned through the course of our Christian journey is that the most important thing we can do is spend time with God.

There is no substitute.

And; even though we don’t think anyone will work Him out entirely, getting to know God and to be known by Him is a wonderful experience. Nothing beats that high!

Thank God:, He knows what lies around the corner and because He’s all knowing – He helps us to get ready for every circumstance.

Rachel and I believe the more we relate to God through prayer, giving thanks, and bringing worship, the stronger we become.

This is a given!

As we get to know more about God, our confidence in Him grows.

That’s the way He planned it for all His children.

No matter what life deals, we are able to call Him.

He always answers and is always there to help us resolve things.

What a comfort!
