Beating Pulse:
Since creation, God has been crazy about you, about me.
His desire has always been to be close to us.
Have you ever thought that His obsession with us is greater than our obsession with Him?
Even before the beginning began, He had us in mind.
This causes me to ask myself, How often do I have Him in mind?
Perhaps a fresh look at God’s Word can sum it up like this:-
“As a deer gets thirsty for streams of water, I truly am thirsty for You, my God.
In my heart, I am thirsty for You, the living God.”"
As we focus on God today, I wonder if this visual picture of the deer thirsting for survival compares with our worship – that daily desire & impulse that colours our thoughts and choreographs all that we do.
Yes, at times, the most important moments which we can have with our Heavenly Father can be hard to work into our daily agendas.
All the same, remember this, every day is a new day, a fresh opportunity to have some quality time with God.
So, with restored energy, let’s be crazy about Him today – in all that we do, think and say.
After all, He’s crazy about you!
